    Marketing Coordinator – L’Oréal LUXE
    Auckland Based -  6 Month Contract Role

    The Company’s Luxury Products Division is a supplier of premium designer beauty brands such as Lancôme, Yves St Laurent, Giorgio Armani, Ralph Lauren, Kiehl’s to name a few. The Company has an excellent reputation in terms of providing top quality products and outstanding customer service. This is a hands-on, demanding position, suited to someone looking for the opportunity to learn about working with luxurious brands.

    The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the Luxe Marketing team by way of;

    • Assisting with the preparation of strategy meetings and other marketing events for all Luxe brands
    • Assisting with the design and collation of power point presentations
    • Providing stellar support with the ad hoc projects as defined by the Marketing Manager and the marketing team
    • Composing and drafting information for marketing rolls outs and launch events
    • Sending e-mails and arranging couriers as required to ensure products are received

    The successful candidate must possess the following attributes:

    • Tertiary qualified in marketing with some practical marketing experience
    • A passion for beauty, marketing flair and creativity.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proven ability to manage multiple projects on time & to a high standard
    • Engaging presentation skills.
