Pros & Cons

  • Good exposure to a range of processes and products. Good work-life balance. Good people
  • Exposure to all levels of management hierarchy
  • You are given the opportunity to be accountable on major (multi million) projects even in your 1st year. This is a massive opportunity for recent grads that want to affect their workplace as soon as they graduate.
  • You are making decisions and owning your projects right from the beginning. Everyone's voice is heard, no matter what level you are.
  • The people. All high caliber individuals who motivate me to be the best version of myself.
  • Poor, inefficient systems. Slow.
  • Work hours
  • High turnover so people that you work with in projects may change constantly. Blurred lines of leadership that may be a reason for difficult flow of information and decision making
  • Thinly resourced means high workloads.
