I am on good pay for an entry level position, however I've realised that the project you are on dramatically impacts this. If you are based out of an office then the contact hours tend to be less and there is more flexibility, making it a great salary. Many site based projects are very different, however, with you logging longer hours, earlier start times, less flexible working arrangements. Even with all of this, the pay is still good, but if it was 10% less, I imagine many people would leave these roles as it is very demanding.

Pay is good, above average for a graduate engineer. They also look after you well in terms of extra leave, maternity and paternity leave and flexible public holidays. I am unsure if graduates receive bonuses.

Good graduate pay, I think it is higher than average. However super is lumped in with take home salary.

I think my salary is very good for me as a grad.

Pay is quite good for a graduate, although there is no overtime for weekend work or longer work days. Bonuses vary year to year and project to project.

The company pays fairly well for my area of work. I understand the graduates in the year above me have quite significant pay rises in the following years.

Good starting salary, but not when factoring in the hours worked.
