Please describe your company's culture both in the office and after hours. Let us know about the structure and hierarchy, cooperation and teamwork, and socialising amongst colleagues.
We have a very positive work culture centered around safety and checking in with each other. Our GM gives regular company updates and promotes wellbeing. We don't have a lot of out of work socialising but sometimes have shared lunches in the office or the occasional dinner and movie.

The culture is good, almost everyone is approachable and helping. There are some who play unnecessary politics to make the place a nightmare for others. Would be better to remove such people from the company.

Most people are willing to work towards a solution together even if it's not their responsibility to.

There is a great group of graduate engineers and you are given the opportunity to take part in the graduate program which lets you socialise with Australian and New Zealand based engineers a like. A large gap between young and old people, this sometimes makes it hard to relate and even creates a lack of trust between the 'young grads' and the experienced staff.

In the office it is generally good. After hours the younger members of staff are all super friendly and partake in social sports and Friday drinks. there is quite a divide in ages though so there isn't a lot of socializing between the younger generation and the older.

The company culture is good, people are generally happy all the time. The team always has time to answer any questions that I have. Socializing with colleagues, especially other grads, is always fun! We often catch up on a Friday after work.

The graduates all have a strong rapport and socialise out of hours and are very welcoming
