Please describe your company's culture both in the office and after hours. Let us know about the structure and hierarchy, cooperation and teamwork, and socialising amongst colleagues.
there is a direct line to managers and being able to openly chat about our struggles both at work and home, we treat each other equally and share opinions and advices to one another

The team at Intergern are friendly, supportive and easy to get along with. With an open office plan socializing between different employees and teams is encouraged, and sitting among your leaders makes you feel that everyone is on the same level. During current global climate there haven't been a large amount of social event, with Friday drinks only happening occasionally.

I think the culture is great, people are lovely. The managers and leaders work in the same space so are always easy to talk to if needed and are all very approachable. Although there are different positions, it doesn't feel like there is a hierarchy, everyone feels like equals. Socializing hasn't been the easiest since the traffic light changes and most people work from home, the office is very quiet. Everyone still keeps in contact over Teams which is good and keeps you connected.

It's a very social culture. The hierarchy doesn't feel overwhelmingly dominant or intimidating and the cooperation between teams is very natural and organic.

I have heard it differs depending on office location but WGN culture is so inviting and friendly. The support is felt from both a team, management and entire company level. Intergern seems to be very management heavy in terms of positions but doesn't mean that everything is micromanaged, more so equals increased support around your journey. Socialisation among colleagues is easy - you can sit at a lunch table with complete strangers with whom you've never met and they will not react badly, quite the opposite. My team is very supportive and collaborative. We rely on each other given the nature of our work which has helped develop a strong tightly knitted cohort.
