The Technology and Operations team play an important role in being an innovative, resilient and sustainable tech-driven function that enables the broader IAG group to achieve its business and customer strategy and vision.
As a Technology and Operations Grad you will:
- Be involved in thought-leadership decisions to drive and deliver the Group IT strategy
- Assist in the design and engineering of contemporary, unified general insurance platforms
- Support design and engineers to evolve resilient, scalable technology that enables IAG employees to be ready for anything
- Involved in building reusable integration and automation assets and developing technology professionalism
- Help drive contemporary engineering and delivery tooling practices
- Digitise and reimagine how our brokers, partners, colleagues and customers interact, through technology and digital experiences every day

Requirements:
- A university degree or higher within the past 3 years (2021, 2022, 2023) from a Technology, Science, Business or Arts disciplines
- An average credit achievement (65%+), and
- Australian and/or New Zealand citizen or an Australian and/or New Zealand permanent resident
