The Technology and Operations team play an important role in being an innovative, resilient and sustainable tech-driven function that enables the broader IAG group to achieve its business and customer strategy and vision. 

As a Technology and Operations Grad you will: 

  • Be involved in thought-leadership decisions to drive and deliver the Group IT strategy
  • Assist in the design and engineering of contemporary, unified general insurance platforms
  • Support design and engineers to evolve resilient, scalable technology that enables IAG employees to be ready for anything
  • Involved in building reusable integration and automation assets and developing technology professionalism
  • Help drive contemporary engineering and delivery tooling practices
  • Digitise and reimagine how our brokers, partners, colleagues and customers interact, through technology and digital experiences every day

Requirements:  

  • A university degree or higher within the past 3 years (2021, 2022, 2023) from a Technology, Science, Business or Arts disciplines
  • An average credit achievement (65%+), and
  • Australian and/or New Zealand citizen or an Australian and/or New Zealand permanent resident
