At IAG, Graduate Program is something a little bit different.

They might be the largest general insurer in Australia and New Zealand, but they're so much more. At IAG, they're a research facility, a hub for climate change experts and a centre of resilience design. They sit for a cuppa with their customers, advocate for them in the corridors of Parliament and back them up in the community supporting the moments that matter.

And they're here for you too. Their 18-month graduate program offers rotations across the business, roles in Australia and New Zealand, expert mentorship, and access to some of the region’s leading developments in sustainability, climate and disaster resilience activities.

They have many brands and divisions to work across. You may know some of them – NRMA Insurance, CGU, WFI, ROLLiN’, NZI, State, AMI to name a few.

With IAG, you can create a meaningful impact from day 1.
