Honeywell Process Solutions
The Honeywell Process Solutions business delivers solutions to the process industries through a unique set of advanced software and consulting-led services. Solutions serve the space between underlying control platforms and corporate Enterprise Resource Planning and can be applied to a single facility or across multiple facilities, or the entire enterprise.
As an Intern Project Engineer working for Honeywell Process Solutions you will get hands-on experience with implementing leading class control system projects and have the opportunity to develop among a fantastic team of professional and experienced engineers. You will implement projects using Honeywell and third-party tools and processes. This role will require the execution of fixed scopes of work on projects and ensure further development of your engineering skills. This will involve implementing defined parts of standard engineering solutions under the close supervision of other project engineers and assisting in the development of new or non-standard solutions. This exciting role will likely see you deployed on a number of different projects, which might be in your location, in regional areas, or interstate, possibly even offshore or international.
We are looking for engineers who are creative problem solvers. Those who have great ideas and an innovative mindset are encouraged to apply. You must have strong customer-facing communication skills and a credit average at university.
Qualifications
Undertaking a relevant undergraduate degree and are in your penultimate year of study.
The intern program will run from mid-November 2019 until early February 2020 (there is some flexibility with dates). Please note that Honeywell observes a shutdown period over Christmas and New Year for 2-3 weeks.
