Ganellen has been successfully operating for over 20 years. It commenced its New Zealand construction business over 11 years ago in Christchurch, delivering a range of high quality commercial, residential, aged care and industrial projects. In 2015 we shifted our focus to Auckland and the North Island market. Today we have 60 people delivering over $200m of projects.
We understand that at this stage of your life you may have little or no experience. Further, we understand that you are probably unsure of what career paths are available or indeed which one you should follow. From our perspective, you are the person we want to employ and train. All we want from you is passion and commitment. We will provide everything else you need to become a professional in the construction industry.
At Ganellen, we typically promote our people from within the business rather than recruiting externally. Nearly all of our Executive Management Team and Project Managers have graduated through Ganellen’s training programs. This provides our people with a clearly demonstrated pathway to success.
