Culture at Fujitsu

8.6
8.6 rating for Culture, based on 8 reviews
Please describe your company's culture both in the office and after hours. Let us know about the structure and hierarchy, cooperation and teamwork, and socialising amongst colleagues.
The culture in the office is amazing, everyone is more than willing to have a chat about their position or thoughts on a topic. There are many events for staff to get together and socialise.
Within my broader tram there is a good culture. I do think my companies overall culture is lacking. There is quite a divide between people and departments.
My team is amazing! They are very aware of the importance of mental health and we are a very fluid team. There isn't so much a hierarchy, more like everyone has role to play but when it comes down to it, everyone will help you out. In the short time I've been here, I've made some good friends and within the smaller groups, we have planned social activities that have been fun. However, when it comes to wider business after hours socials, I find them difficult to participate in as they involve drinking or hanging out at a pub which I feel uncomfortable going to for religious reasons.
In the Office: Everyone is really supportive. Always have seen positive environment. Please encourage everyone to grow. After Hours: Friendly environment
Employees go beyond being simple coworkers. People are respectful and kind to one another, and the workplace culture promotes meaningful interactions between coworkers.
Love the Japanese influence in the company.
