I think DXC is very committed to diversity, we have Maori and Pasifika programs to ensure the language and culture is well implemented into our everyday lives. Although it could be better by actually hiring more Maori and Pasifika.

DXC is very diverse in terms of culture. As a women in tech, I feel it is a healthy environment and the ratio is becoming more even, but it is definitely male dominated. Retention of graduates seems to be short term of a 1-2 years average.

LGBTIQA+ friendly, there are a few groups and recourses available, we have programs or pacific peoples and advocate for more awareness and celebrate difference cultures. Everything has been good, extremely diverse.
