What will you do in Risk Advisory?

In Risk Advisory you will advise our clients on how to effectively manage their financial and non-financial risk and make informed and intelligent risk decisions to maximise opportunities and drive efficiencies. This includes helping organisations prevent risks around their business processes, cyber security, technology and operations.

You will work with organisations to identify, manage and prepare for risk, develop strategies to minimise risk and react quickly and confidently when faced with an issue or crisis. You will work with our global network to share ideas and take advantage of new technology to understand and resolve issues.

Within Risk Advisory you can potentially specialise in some or all of the following fields.

  • Assurance, business process improvement, risk, governance and controls
  • Technology risk and advisory
  • Computer forensics
  • Cyber security, privacy and resilience
  • Forensic accounting and dispute resolution
  • Financial crime advisory and fraud investigation
  • Data analytics
  • Health and safety risk consulting

Your skills

What Degree will you have?

  • Commerce or Business degree with a major in Accounting, Economics, Finance or Statistics
  • Engineering or Computer Science degree with a major in any of: Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology, E-commerce or Information Security
  • Law degree with an interest in financial crime or anti-money laundering compliance and regulation
