Depends on who the manager is, what their strengths are and how they view the best way to lead - Some are great at all of the mentioned above, some lead by being "too important" to talk, discuss or help you improve

It all depends on the manager. For the most part, the managers seem to be accessible to an acceptable degree, and always able to answer the job-related questions we ask. There is an information communication lag/inconsistency between manager & above, and below manager however. This is in general - not specific to any particular manager.

The manager(s) and partners in my team are awesome! I have regular catchups (around once per month) with my manager and every 7 weeks with the partner. They give me feedback on my progress which is helpful. I also receive praise from the senior analyst/ manager when I deserve it which is nice.

They are great! They make really good mentors/career coaches and they provide great advice when I seek them out. There is a good performance management structure in place that ensures you have to check in on performance feedback semi regularly. I check in with my project and career coach around every 3 weeks.
