I have not once worked overtime at Capgemini since I've started. The work hours are a 9-5 but in actuality, a lot of graduates work a bit less if we aren't that busy.

My work hours are the standard 9-5 on most days. However, depending on client asks or workload sometimes it will stretch over to around 5:30/6. The company however is really flexible with work hours and do accommodate for any hiccups such as appointments, family commitments etc.

Being able to work in a hybrid setting has been extremely useful especially in saving time to commute. Work is very flexible in hours as long as you've communicated effectively then you can work based on your focus hours (morning bird or night owl).

I currently work from home on a Hybrid basis. There is flexibility in work hours, depending on the role and project requirements. Flexibility can include options like remote work, flexible start and end times, and compressed workweeks
