Overall, very strong. I think the company needs to be more accepting of people expressing themselves with their fashion though.

We have various business resource groups focussed on things like sustainability, women in business, LGBTI, and social events. We also have a diversity team that focus on improving KPIs with regard to hiring of certain demographics and also representation in leadership (e.g. percentage of senior leadership that are female). This commitment also comes through in things like mat and pat leave. However, pat leave I believe is still only 4 weeks, which is quite low compared to other, more progressive policies.
