To unlock your talent, this program will feature up to 4 rotations over 2 years, tailored to your interests, strengths, areas of study and experience. In these rotations, you'll work alongside some of the industry leaders in their fields. These leaders have a strong proven track record of delivering exceptional outcomes and are committed to mentoring and developing you achieve your goals.

    About You
    We're looking for a graduate who not only wants to understand the problems of tomorrow but be part of the solution by utilising their innovative mindset, tenacity and technical skills. Your academic results will be supported by evidence of applying your technical knowledge outside of Uni. You'll have strong organisational, interpersonal skills and the ability to deliver results in a collaborative environment. Your learning agility and adaptability will be key, along the energy and leadership qualities to make the most of this newly created opportunity. To be eligible for our program you will:

    • be an Australian or NZ citizen or Australian permanent resident at the time of application
    • have academic results of a credit average (65) or above
    • be in your final year of study
    • be studying a relevant degree type
