How accessible are managers and do they make good mentors? You may want to address internal communication, performance feedback or praise and recognition.
My manager is very relaxed and accommodating. Feedback occurs during formal internal performance evaluations and during regular catch ups.
I have a manager who is new to the role, so taking some time to fully adjust, but in general good overall
Managers are easy to talk to about anything and always take time to talk with me about any issues or help I need.
Recognition is not always filtered down to the grad level

I do not receive a whole lot of feedback but I just assume that is a good thing.
Seem to be very busy, I don't do any work with them.

My team leader/manager is amazing and I could not ask for more. Is part of the team and does not act like he is your boss but rather your colleague, makes a great mentor and goes out of his way to help you out the best he can. I hear very little personally from the senior leadership team/upper management so can't comment much on them.
