What Graduates Say About Them
  • There are many opportunities for growth and you can gain a broad exposure to different fields within the company if you wish. There is a good culture for young professionals and many opportunities to participate in career building opportunities (e.g. networking).
  • The team is the best part of working at the company. They have been good at helping me adjust and teaching me different technical aspect of the work. Along with the team AECOM provided a lot of resources to be able to learn different software.
  • The opportunity to work on the biggest projects with a highly skilled and supportive team that immediately put me to work, encouraging and teaching me to learn new skills and providing tasks where I could apply them. From day one, I felt valued, trusted and relied upon to contribute tangibly while simultaneously being supported to grow, both technically and personally.
  • Culture! Culture! Culture!! I still wake up every morning excited to go into the office, work and talk to my colleagues. No company or employer has managed to keep me on my toes for that long.
  • My team are supportive, in touch and understanding. They keep my wellbeing front of mind. They are always willing to discuss work load, level, availability, opportunity. No evident drama and is a respectful environment.
  • There is nothing bad I can think about. The only slightly irritating thing with any consulting company is having to complete timesheets every week, but that is not something specifically bad about this company.
  • The pace of work is sometimes fast and sometimes slow.
  • Nothing is particularly bad!
  • As a consultant the workload can vary and therefore there can be times with less work and times with more work.
  • Sometimes dealing with the IT systems can be a bit frustrating and slow you down.
